Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Hidden Payouts offers a Free plan at $0, a Pro plan at $9 per month, and an Elite plan at $49 per month. Annual billing is available at a discount and is charged as a single up-front payment for 12 months. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax or VAT, which is calculated at checkout.

• Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price.
• Your card is charged on the same calendar day each period until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges.
• We notify you by email of any price change at least 30 days before it takes effect.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full card number. Card details are handled by Stripe under PCI DSS. Your billing descriptor will reference Hidden Payouts.

Cancel yourself in a few clicks: sign in, open Settings, and choose Manage billing to cancel in the secure billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep access until then, and no further charges are made. You may also email us to cancel and we will process it within one business day.

• 14-day goodwill window. If you are unhappy with a first-time paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.
• Annual plans. Cancel within 14 days of an annual charge for a full refund. After that, annual fees are non-refundable, though you keep access for the remainder of the term.
• Renewals. Partial periods are not refunded after the 14-day window, except where required by law or where we made a billing error.
• Billing errors and duplicates. Always refunded in full once verified.
• Statutory rights. Nothing here limits non-waivable rights you have under your local consumer law, including EU/UK withdrawal rights and California automatic-renewal protections.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions pay for access to search, matching, and monitoring tools — not for a result. We do not offer refunds because a search found no unclaimed money, because a third party denied a claim, or because a payout was smaller than expected. Hidden Payouts never takes a percentage of anything you recover.

If a payment fails, our processor retries automatically and we email you. If payment is not completed, paid features are suspended and the account moves to the Free plan. Your data is retained so you can resume later.

The Free plan is free indefinitely and requires no card. If we offer a trial, we will state its length and price before you start it, and we will charge only when the trial converts unless you cancel first.

Please contact us before disputing a charge — most issues are resolved same-day. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until it is resolved.
