Terms of Service
Last updated: June 28, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hidden Payouts (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Hidden Payouts is an information and discovery service that helps users identify potentially unclaimed money, class-action settlements, rebates, public benefits, and side-income opportunities. We do not file claims on your behalf, and we are not a government agency, law firm, financial advisor, or claims-processing service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our third-party payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. A full refund is available within 14 days of a first-time charge. Complete terms — renewal, cancellation, refunds, failed payments, and price-change notice — are in our Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service; (c) scrape, copy, or resell content; (d) submit false information; or (e) interfere with the operation of the Service. Our full Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, software, and trademarks, is owned by Hidden Payouts or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA & Copyright Policy. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. No Professional Advice
Content on Hidden Payouts is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on information from the Service. Matching and summaries are AI-assisted and may be inaccurate or out of date — see our AI Disclaimer.
9. Third-Party Sites and Services
The Service may link to third-party websites (including state unclaimed-property sites and settlement administrators). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will find unclaimed funds, qualify for any settlement, or receive any specific amount of money.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hidden Payouts and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hidden Payouts from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
