Some editorial content is drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by a human before publication.

AI systems can be incomplete, outdated, or simply incorrect, and can produce confident-sounding results that are inaccurate ("hallucinations"). Matches are suggestions, not determinations of eligibility. Always verify any program, deadline, amount, or requirement directly with the official issuing agency or settlement administrator before you rely on it or submit a claim.

AI output is not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. We do not use AI to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you, such as credit, insurance, employment, or housing decisions.

Profile details are used to generate your matches and to operate the Service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your personal information to train third-party foundation models. Where a third-party AI provider processes a request on our behalf, it acts as our service provider under contract and is not permitted to use your data to train its models.

You can request correction or deletion of the profile information behind your matches at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. If you believe a match or a published summary is wrong, tell us and we will review it.

We never guarantee that AI matching will find money in your name, that you qualify for any program, or that a claim will be paid. Hidden Payouts does not file claims for you and never takes a percentage of what you recover.
