Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 2, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who accesses Hidden Payouts, including free accounts.
1. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Service to: break any law or regulation; impersonate another person or submit information that is not yours; commit or facilitate fraud, identity theft, or money laundering; attempt to claim property that does not belong to you; harass, threaten, or defame anyone; or upload malicious code.
2. Account integrity
One account per person. Do not share credentials, resell access, create accounts by automated means, or circumvent plan limits, trials, or billing. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Automated access, scraping, and reuse of content
Do not scrape, crawl, mirror, frame, or bulk-download the Service, its match results, or its editorial content except as permitted by our robots.txt for search and answer engines. Do not use the Service or its output to build or train a competing dataset, model, or directory without our written permission.
4. Security and system integrity
Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, bypass authentication or rate limits, access other users' data, or interfere with availability. Report suspected vulnerabilities responsibly to us rather than exploiting them; see our Trust & Security page.
5. Fair use of AI features
Our matching and AI features are for personal, individual use. Do not submit other people's personal information without authority, attempt to extract prompts or model weights, generate unlawful or deceptive content, or use output to give regulated legal, tax, or financial advice to third parties. See our AI Disclaimer.
6. Communications
Do not use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages, phishing attempts, or chain messages, or to harvest contact details of other users.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may warn, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts, remove content, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Serious or repeated violations can result in immediate termination without refund, subject to applicable law and our Billing & Refund Policy.
8. Reporting abuse
Report a violation and include enough detail for us to investigate.
