Do not scrape, crawl, mirror, frame, or bulk-download the Service, its match results, or its editorial content except as permitted by our robots.txt for search and answer engines. Do not use the Service or its output to build or train a competing dataset, model, or directory without our written permission.

Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, bypass authentication or rate limits, access other users' data, or interfere with availability. Report suspected vulnerabilities responsibly to us rather than exploiting them; see our Trust & Security page.

Our matching and AI features are for personal, individual use. Do not submit other people's personal information without authority, attempt to extract prompts or model weights, generate unlawful or deceptive content, or use output to give regulated legal, tax, or financial advice to third parties. Do not use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages, phishing attempts, or chain messages, or to harvest contact details of other users.

We may investigate suspected violations and may warn, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts, remove content, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Serious or repeated violations can result in immediate termination without refund, subject to applicable law and our Billing & Refund Policy.

Report a violation and include enough detail for us to investigate.
